Registration & Account

To register, you'll need your full name, a Bangladeshi mobile number (01XXXXXXXXX), date of birth (for 18+ verification), a username, and a password. You can also enter a referral code if you have one. Registration is free and takes just 2 minutes.

Only one account is permitted per mobile number and per person. Any attempt to open multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed, and any existing balance may be forfeited. This is outlined in our in the Terms & Conditions Clearly stated.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification secures your account and increases your withdrawal limits. Go to the "Verify" option in your dashboard and upload photos of the front and back of your NID card or passport. Verification is usually completed within 24 hours.

To suspend or close your account, email support@jebajee.com or reach out via live chat. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing. A temporary self-exclusion option is also available for responsible gambling purposes — for details, Responsible Gaming View page.

Some profile details can be updated before your KYC verification is complete. Once verified, your name cannot be changed. To change your mobile number, contact support — identity verification will be required.
Deposits & Withdrawals

Jebajee currently supports the following deposit methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and USDT (crypto). The minimum deposit is ৳500 across all methods. Mobile banking deposits are typically reflected in your balance within 2 minutes.

Withdrawals to Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket typically process within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. USDT withdrawals usually complete within 1 hour. KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.

The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. The maximum limit varies by account verification level: standard accounts can withdraw up to ৳50,000 per day, while fully KYC-verified accounts can withdraw up to ৳2,00,000 per day.

jebajee charges no withdrawal fees. However, mobile banking providers (Mobile Pay/Nagad/Rocket) may apply their own cash-out charges. Network fees may also apply for USDT withdrawals.
Bonuses & Promotions

Your first deposit after registration earns you a 100% welcome bonus of up to ৳5,000. The bonus is credited to your account automatically as soon as the deposit is confirmed. Wagering requirements must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.

Grab your referral link or code from your profile. When a friend registers using your code and makes their first deposit, you'll receive a ৳500 referral bonus. There's no limit to how many referrals you can make from a single account.

Every Monday, 10% of your total net losses from the previous week is automatically credited to your account as cashback — no action required on your part. A minimum loss of ৳1,000 is required to qualify, and cashback is capped at ৳10,000.

A wagering requirement means you must bet the bonus amount a set number of times before withdrawing. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you need to place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before any winnings can be withdrawn. Odds represent the likelihood of an outcome and your potential return. For example, odds of 2.00 mean a ৳100 bet returns ৳200 if you win (profit of ৳100). jebajee displays odds in decimal format. Odds change in real time, so timing your bet correctly is key in live betting.

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, certain bet markets offer a Cash Out feature that lets you settle a bet for a partial amount while the match is in progress. If Cash Out is available, the option will appear directly on your bet slip.
Security & Privacy

On the login page and click the "Forgot Password?" link. Enter your registered mobile number to receive an OTP. Verify with the OTP and set a new password. The entire process takes just 2 minutes.

Go to "Security Settings" in your dashboard and enable the "Two-Factor Authentication" option. You'll receive an OTP on your mobile every time you log in. With 2FA active, no one can access your account even if they know your password.
