Jebajee Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

1General Terms

Jebajee (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an online gaming and betting service provider. These Terms & Conditions Applicable to the use of the Jebajee website and mobile application.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

• One Account: Opening multiple accounts under the same name is strictly prohibited. If discovered, all associated accounts will be closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited.
• Accurate Information: Complete and accurate information must be provided at the time of registration. Providing false information will result in account closure.
• KYC verification: KYC verification is mandatory prior to withdrawal or for transactions above a specified amount.
• Password security: You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure. It must not be shared with anyone.

KYC verification typically requires a copy of your National ID or passport, a selfie, and proof of address. Verification is generally completed within 24–48 hours.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

Jebajee supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking methods.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500.
• Maximum single deposit: determined by your account tier.
• Deposits are typically instant — your balance is updated within 5 minutes.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

Withdrawal rules:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 hours.
• Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
• Withdrawals will only be processed via the same method used for the deposit.
• Jebajee reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for up to 72 hours if a transaction is deemed suspicious.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

5Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on jebajee:

• Once a bet is placed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled unless the Cash Out feature is available.
• Pre-match bets are not accepted once a match or event has started.
• Odds in live betting are subject to change — the odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final.
• If a bet is left incomplete due to a technical issue, jebajee reserves the right to void it.
• If an event is cancelled or suspended, all bets placed on that event will be refunded.
• Maximum winnings per single bet are subject to Jebajee's set limits.
• Any dispute regarding a betting outcome must be reported to support within 72 hours.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jebajee:

• Multiple Accounts: Running multiple accounts under the same name or from the same device.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to bet or game dishonestly.
• Software Use: Using automated bots, scripts, or any software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bonus abuse: Any attempt to manipulate the bonus system.
• Money laundering: Using the platform for illegal financial transactions.
• Hacking: Any attempt to breach the platform's security.
• Third-Party Payments: Using a payment method registered under someone else's name.

7Account Suspension & Closure

Jebajee may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• For violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• If suspicious or unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• If the account holder is found to be a minor.
• Registering with false or misleading information.

If a valid balance exists at the time of account closure and there is no evidence of a terms violation, that amount will be refunded.
